When I asked for the correct item to be sent I was told not to contact EBAY, but to correspond directly. I was asked to provide a written description of what was sent and photo of item. This was repeated when I replyed. This was made an issue by them who seemed to question my integrity. There wasn't anything wrong with the item that I was sent, it just wasn't what I ordered.
