The seller disclosed it was in an open box with flaws on the back on the instrument, however there were 3 large scratches on the finish on the front of the ukulele and none of this was disclosed in the listing. I felt it was inpropberly represented. I was offered refund if I returned, but that would cost me $20 for shipping both ways and that was not acceptable. The damage which was fully described and photographed was not nearly as bad as I had imagined, and it’s just a very sweet guitar at a very reasonable price. Would work with a seller and recommend to anyone else to do so as well
