Ordered a makeup bag 3 times, never in stock. My order that finally went through from 12 Aug never arrived by 16 Sept, and it was shipped from Australia to the uk without tracking which is strange as it is coming such a long way - even inner uk postage usually has tracking so everything can be followed . Had to request full refund after weeks waiting. Very concerning practices – buyers beware!
