Created a ship label on the 10TH but did not actually give to USPS until the 13TH despite indicating "shipped" on the 10TH. Would never do business with again. Was very tempted to leave NEGATIVE. Had the nerve to ask me; "Some parts are shipped from our supplier. Otherwise was everything satisfactory with your order"? They asked me this when at the time, I had yet to even receive the switch.
