    The item was shipped with zero padding. When it arrived it was broken, and not only but it was missing parts that were not mentioned as missing in the ad. When I contacted the seller about it, while they were okay with refunding me once I sent it back, they seemed to not care at all that the package was damaged or missing parts. I luckily found the replacement parts locally for half the price of this unit and asked the seller for a partial refund for which they did not agree to. Horrible exp.
