    Another seller failed to follow through with the transaction. Four days after the sale was completed, the seller canceled the sale with the reason of 'Out of stock or damaged'. I believe the seller was not satisfied with the selling price of 99 cents. If eBay continues to allow sellers to bail out, there will be no reason to shop on eBay. If there is always a threat the seller will cancel if the selling price is too low, no one is going to want to use eBay. I doubt any changes will be made.
