    I don’t believe in negative or neutral feedback per se, on the chance that they might have tried their best, but still failed. I do believe in telling the truth about sellers. In this case the pants were listed as one size and style but a completely different size and style was sent. Also, the flimsy tyvec envelope the pants were sent in was open and the garment hanging out when hand delivered by the postal person. I offered an easier way to resolve the issue, but did not get a timely reply.
