    Had to buy the part twice because wrong part was shipped. Sent pictures of the received wrong part and the Supplier refused to send me the correct part or a refund until they received the incorrect part back. That took about 2 weeks to get the correct part. Communication was prompt. But the seller put the burden on me (buyer) to buy another part from them, wait to receive that part and expedite packing and shipping the wrong part back before issuing a refund. That's not a good business protocol.

    Shipped wrong part, wanted me to re-order and pay for another part until receipt of the returned incorrect part. But in the end I got the correct part delivered and I got refunded for the wrong part.
