    Despite unforeseen delays with Delivery, item was exactly as described in perfect condition, packaging had plenty of bubble wrap to keep item safe. No concerns and happy with my purchase. Communication from the buyer was spot on, great at responding and expediting the delay, thank you.

    Came very quickly, packaged safely in bubble wrap. It was brand new as described, still in it's plastic seal. The price was fine, about what it would've cost new.

    Item received new as described by the seller . Could have been packed better though. A heavy item in a big box without any additional packaging inside was always going to be problematic. Luckily it was wrapped in bubble wrap and that saved it just, with very slight damage to one corner where the bubble wrap had failed. The box itself was open /wrecked (photo added). A quick message to say a signature was required on delivery would have been useful, I would have stayed home. Otherwise very good.
