    The seller shipped this item with all the parts thrown into the crates with ZERO concern and/or effort to protect the machine during shipment. The unit arrived absolutely destroyed inside the box from the parts slamming into each other. The seller tried to get me to keep the machine by offering a discount, which I declined as I am not a technician for these machines, so I had no way of knowing how to assess it and repair all the damage. I did eventually get refunded but this was a nightmare!!
