    Buyer said item didn’t work. Asked buyer simple questions. Gave inappropriate and rude responses. Issued a return label. Buyer demanded a refund before item was returned. Threatened me as a seller. Get the item back. Buyer kept the instruction and owners manual. Asked for it back. Claims never got it. It was attached to the unit. Still claimed never saw it. Plugged unit in. It works. They used reason for return as non functional. More threats from buyer. Anyone selling. Be aware
