They contracted with FedEx to deliver product refrigerated, and the product was 5 days late and was not refrigerated. Because it was unsafe to eat, I asked for a refund. They offered to send more product but based on their performance I said just refund my money. They claim they are waiting for refund from FedEx, but that is not my problem.
