This is a 2.5 but It is much thicker than your average 2.5. It makes noise when plugged in not sure if it's suppose to but it's definitely loud. Bought it for a ps4 it definitely does not fit. I just think the seller should of mentioned it is thicker than a normal 2.5 but it is what it is ill put it in a original xbox or ps2.
