    Had an issue with shipping and damage to the Royal Bonn clock case. Packaged well enough, mishandled in transit. Shame, as it was a beautiful version. One could say “minimal damage”. If a Bonn has damage that has missing glazing, value diminishes rapidly. As was the case, through negotiation, we settled on a partial refund. With no fault at all on the seller’s part, I commend you. And will be happy to do business in the future. Thank you.
