      Because our ISP deemed it necessary to "upgrade" our modem, I opted for a simple change from a previous Netgear model. The Netgear CAX30 router I received was completely functional (for now at least; we'll see if it can last a year), albeit with some LED indicators that won't light up. I was able to successfully connect the device to the ISP and log into and set up the wireless network with minimal hassle. For the price, not bad! tldr: Some LED lights aren't working, but it still works.
