I asked a 50% partial money refund, but the seller did not accept my request. I opened an eBay claim, but eBay required me the send back the item for a full money refund, but such solution would force me to waste the Custom duties (58,31 Euro) that I paid for the overseas transaction (outside EU) and that cannot be refunded in any case. I truly wish we could have reached a resolution.
