        Ordered Surface Pro 9 it clearly stated keyboard included which was never included in the shipment. We had messaged the seller before the purchase and they never responded. Even before processing the return we reached out regarding the missing keyboard and again they never responded. We had asked the seller to refunded the shipping cost since the item was misrepresented and missing the additional item and we were not fully refunded nor did we get a response.
