This one specifically's 75 years old reasonable people would expect it to not be "like new" furthermore it's the lowest price online for the specific book for a reason, it's complete & readable but not a pretty copy as it was meant to be read not as a "high grade" collectible. This guy doesn't dispute the grade he simply doesn't like that he chose not to spend more money for a better one!
