Please note our listing describes this as coming in plain packaging. I can see this was dispatched on the 10th June and was delivered on the 13th, which is within the expected timeframe. According to eero’s official support documentation, the eero Pro can safely use a 15W adapter that outputs 5.0V⎓3.0A which is what this came with. I can see we're offered a 10% partial refund as a gesture of good will. Hope that helps.
