When I received the used item I bought, I noticed a defect that was not described in the listing or pointed out in the pictures. So I contacted the seller and told her how much it would cost to cover/fix it and she/he reassured me they hadn't noticed the defect then refunded me that much. It was a very good value overall. Her responsiveness and promptness in shipping the item was very good. Packaging was also just fine.
