    The tubes are in excellent condition. One tube lit successfully after testing, though rotating it was difficult. The other, however, would not light, likely due to age. The base is fully functional. The seller was very kind, and since shipping information was slow to update, they helped me contact the postal service. Overall, it was a very satisfactory purchase.
