It was broken with the broken piece on the inside of the mailbox. This seller was obviously trying to off a broken product to US. This is the first time that I have been so upset with a purchase from eBay. I guess there's something good about that. I did contact the seller, and they did give me a refund right away or so they say as I haven't seen it show up.
