I ordered the top of the range but was supplied the budget item. My product was cordless with interchangeable heads but was sent a corded one with no option to alter the heads, no box, no instructions. The seller insisted that I had received the same item just a different colour. No further assistance was offered by the seller & I had to lodge a complaint with Ebay, fortunately they enabled a refund.
