    When the part i ordered didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to arrive, I reached out to seller to follow up and was told the warehouse lost the item and canceled the order. Although the seller did offer a refund, I had to initiate the inquiry. Lost an additional week of downtime on the vehicle.
