    Bought a supposedly genuine apple case. The case is NOT genuine. Apple logo on the back sticks out, rough silicone edge above the volume rockers, laser engraved serial number in the case does not match the number on the box it came in. I feel I’ve been scammed!

    Our cases are not 100% OEM, but they are still genuine and come from the same Apple factories. The buyer’s pictures show a different color than the one he originally ordered. He filed a false case claiming the item was ours and demanded a refund while keeping the case. Despite this, we still issued him a full refund. We accept always free returns!

    Quality seems okay. Texture is a bit more slippery compared to the ones I bought directly from Apple store in Abu Dhabi. The disappointing part is the buttons are hard to press. I have doubts if the cases are genuine.
