From the moment I ordered, he communicated with me each step of the way, offering to cover any repair cost. Sadly, the repair cost more than the instruments worth. I ended up asking to return the guitar, but due to high shipping costs, he refunded me let me have the guitar. I am blessed he took care of me. A++ seller. Thanks!
