So this appears to be my only way to communicate. The order arrived quickly today however it was poorly packaged. Is hair gel and because of poor packaging the plastic container had a gouge in it so gel leaked. Means I not getting full jar paid for. Ordered same item from others on ebay and they also arrived today. Buyer hasn't followed eBay’s policies which makes it difficult for us to help. Buyer hasn’t messaged/emailed/called us despite the words they posted. Buyer hasn’t requested a return through eBay.
