The first time I gently tried to pull the hand off, it broke. First of all, I did not beg you to lower your price. I put in a bid, and you accepted. You probably did because you knew it was bad quality. We did not heat the joint up because the joint was NOT too tight. It was too loose and falling off. Heating it would have made the joint larger. You told him to try and take it off. Don't blame him. My son is not a little child. He is an older teenager, an avid collector and stop motion creator. He knows how to handle figures!
