They were brand new and clean. I could tell they'd never been worn. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size. I did not realize that they run large, so I had to return them and order one size smaller. The return process was extremely simple. I will watch for my refund in the next few days and look foward to receiving the replacement pair.

I work in a pharmacy and have tried all the shoes for working 10 hr shifts. Thought I’d give these a try. I wore them to work for 70 hrs in 7 days and I love them so much I just ordered a white pair. I was able to size down a size and they fit great and my feet didn’t hurt!! You now have a new customer. I will buy all the colors now!!

One of them had an odd swirl/wrinkle on the top like it was malformed a little bit or the ingredients didn't mix correctly. Good enough. Don't want to send them back because they'll most likely end up in the trash wasted. They'll be fine. If I would have seen these in the store with that defect, I would have put them back and looked for a different pair.
