I thought USPS mishandled it. It turned out it was the suspension hoop protruding from the side. 95% as described. Seller claims that the hole in the reso head was disclosed in the description. I screen shot the description. I also screenshot the picture that seller claims to show the hole. The angle is deceptive. Glare disguises it. I contacted seller before feedback.
