      The keyboard was not working when it arrived. There was a solid red light display. After researching the problem on YouTube I understood that the batteries were not good. I then purchased new batteries and installed them and surely enough the keyboard was working perfectly. I explained the situation to the seller and I requested a partial refund for the cost of the batteries but the seller wouldn't refund me and requested that I return the keyboard. I lost money for the cost of the batteries.
