Since it was supposed to be sent with a legitimate Windows 11 Pro already installed and activated ther is a serious issue with this vendor. I have been unable to get any person, tesh, customer service support and have been sent different product activation keys all of which have not worked. I received an email response by abn unidentified entity stating that they will make good on this but all attempts to get aReply from: fti-laptop- Feedback replied by seller fti-laptop.- Feedback replied by seller fti-laptop.We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Our tech manager tried to call but couldn’t reach you. Although the return period has passed, we still accepted a no-reason return. We already provided a free return label on Oct 20 to help you reinstall and set up the computer properly. We’re not sure why negative feedback was still left, but we truly hope to resolve everything for you.
