I would have thought that for the price I paid they could have cleaned it up at least with a damp cloth. It looked nothing like the photo that was posted on the item when I purchased it.

Contacted the seller and again days before they responded with "couldn't find the trident". I shared where the trident might be stored in the foam packaging. Never heard back. Gave them the weekend end and e-mailed again and the response was a notice of a refund due to "the item being unavailable/damaged". Don't know if the trident was found or if this was a hold out for a higher price. Terrible customer service.
