I asked for them to open it and secure the disc before shipping and they were willing to film themselves opening it so I knew the product was in fact brand new. I ordered it while they were away so that delayed shipping but once they returned shipping was extremely fast. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely would order from them again.
