I would have to say the packaging and boxing was good. But the item itself, it was full of cleaning liquid. It had leaked Into the battery compartment. The batteries were corroded and there was liquid within that compartment Now I see why the item was in a plastic bag It did leak through and also the gasket for the batteries Door was broken and had dried out as well. Not Happy AT All !!!
