    Seller sold an item as pictured. What I received was a different item. I contacted seller. He offered solutions. I paid an extra 90 dollars for expedited shipping as the item was needed for a work trip. I disclosed that unless it was complete for said trip I can't use it. Asked for a refund. He admitted fault but refused to allow a refund. He then blocked me. After trying to justify his mistake and blame me. I would be cautious if his ratings. He seems to silence his bad business.

    Unsatisfiable buyer. he received same item in the condition of item in picture. didn't receive all items he thought came with sale even though they were never mentioned to b included. offered reimburse buyer for missing items, even though they were never to be included in sale. buyer wanted return only and be reimbursed for shipping. offered return w/ no shipping. buyer offered no concern for particular item until after receiving. Was never blocked or blame. just didn't respond.
