    While I received the 10kg of coal, the packaging was disastrous. Unsealed coal bags contaminated the pump's box with dust. The pump, when activated, spewed coal dust. Despite providing photographic evidence of the coal dust inside the pump box, the seller remained defensive and rude, offering only a paltry $5 refund and no apology. To add insult to injury, the pump included the wrong charging cable (micro-USB instead of USB-C). Note: the provided photo shows the box after thoroughly cleaning.

    Customer did not show proof of the actual product that was damaged after I asked them to send it. Only sent the box photo. I offered $5 refund for the dirty box but the buyer was very rude and proceeded to call me names.
