      I clearly state in the product description that I do not ship to PO boxes. Still, you gave a PO box as a shipping address and ignored my request for a valid address. Instead of giving a valid address or simply canceling the order, the buyer requested that I refund his money. I can't refund money that I never received, I can only cancel the order.
