    I don’t know what this seller was thinking when she shipped the boots wrapped in plastic. The US mail wasn’t very kind to them and damaged the right boot. I contacted the seller and she quickly sent a replacement pair. Too bad they were two right boots. This is simply careless. You cannot get 100% positive feedback making these types of errors. After giving pause, I realized I could make a pair of good boots out of this whole mess. I selected one good boot from each. Smh!

    Apparently I should have just sent the one she needed instead of two. I had an extra so I threw it in and for doing so I get a negative feedback.
