Click on actions and set it to a full 10 GB. if you dont do that, it will never work. and you must use this https: forums.servethehome.com/index.php?threads/brocade-icx-series-cheap-powerful-10gbe-40gbe-switching.21107/ this will show you how to flash the server and unlock 10 and 40 GB support.
