Refuses to refund. I’m going thru eBay at the moment, but will also pursue legal options if necessary as this was over $1000 combined purchase. 1978 wax pack gum was 1.125”, not the 0.625” someone stuffed in these packs (see pics for measurements). Absolutely horrible he won’t issue a refund.

I’m going thru the eBay process at the moment, but if necessary will pursue legal options as this was over a combined $1000 purchase. 1978 Topps wax packs have 1.125” gum, not the 0.625” gum stuffed in these packs that were found after 1981. See pics for gum measurements. Absolutely horrible he is cool keeping my money.
