    I am pleased. Got this laptop at a very good price. After the ebay sale, I spoke with a friendly customer rep to obtain help on several tech issues I had with the laptop. One issue that they haven’t yet resolved, but they are trying because they are in contact with their seller, is that the 2 BIOS passwords are unknown. This being a ToughBook, you can’t simple purge the BIOS passwords by simply removing the CMOS battery. I hope the seller will eventually resolve password issue for me.
