Not exactly tested for functionality as described. 6.3v supply measured 7.2vac and current meter was not functioning on arrival. Easy fix, but not functional as described. On July 4 (a month after shipping) I was on vacation w family & saw the review. I immediately offered full/partial refund & was told buyer would adjust feedback since it was not intentional. He has now disappeared & I just wanted to correct the situation. He states it is an easy fix. This is my only neutral review & I always communicate/compensate the buyer if a problem arises. I hope the buyer will adjust the feedback as promised.
