The front of the shoe is and remains lifted whether on or off. Very odd feeling when walking. I did not send them back because it wasn't worth the hassle. Contacted Seller and they wanted pics. That seemed unnecessary to me. It's obvious what is wrong with the boots. One only needs to view the pic already available online. You get what you pay for.
