Ad's small print says "This phone is in new cosmetic condition, factory refurbished, and 100% fully functional, and I never receive any complaints." Thus not "Brand New" as claimed. Seller offered $70 refund, but genuine battery is circa $82, install is extra $50. If you want to buy a "Brand New" phone, be wary of this seller. He can no longer claim he has never received complaints.
