    I purchased this replacement remote to adjust our bed to my husband's comfort level after open heart surgery. The remote arrived the day he was released from the hospital. My stepson and I set it up according to online directions and the bed would not stop going up and down for over an hour!! Finally it stopped with the head raised up and we can't adjust it back down. I contacted the seller who said he's a tech who tests them but not on an actual bed!! We're out of luck! Beware of this seller!!

    I have a signal tester all signals tested good. Did you order the correct remote they make several versions for this brand??
