- r***o (6)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasehad 2 separate purchases through vendor, and both had to be cancelled due to non-stock with his vendor Radwell. i understand things happen, but one of the purchases had a 2 month wait and i had to be the one to reach out and have him or her figure out what's going on. need to get inventory updated on your listed items and need to be more proactive for your own customers. this product was for a job and now i'm out of luck and out of time trying to find another part

Today I got an email saying shipping was now $275 not $12 as paid and that I needed to pay the $275. I contatcted ebay and the seller who said the fine print says they can raise shipping if needed. This is ridiculous, and I don't see the fine print, I think the seller violated EBay policy and shoudl be reprimanded. I am very very dissapointed and think that raising shipping alone is ridiculous and that doing it 3 weeks after the order worse
