Was never picked up. Contacted shipper around Aug. 22 and they said they were going to print out a new shipping label. Have no idea if that actually happened since I only have 1 shipping label number to track. At this point I would prefer to get a refund than to wait and wait and wait until the problem on their end is resolved..
