As described, it has been cleaned, has very little cosmetic damage, and comes complete with its case, magnetic charging base, usb cable, and all its accessories (all paddles, d-pads, and thumb sticks). I purchased two of these and both were complete. The price was excellent, I will likely buy from this vendor again.

The adjustable sticks, trigger locks, and back paddles give me precision and speed I didn’t know I was missing. Worth every penny. I arrived in perfect condition and looks great! The seller even reached out to make sure I was happy with it.

Missing items that should've been replaced and you can see the dried smear marks from a wipe suggesting an attempt was made to clean it. Just seems like a rushed job at best. I am capable of cleaning a controller, and it seems to be in decent enough shape but the quality of their "refurbishment" leaves much to be desired. I don't think I could recommend purchasing refurbished products through them. Glad I purchased an additional warranty.
