      Bought a £1500 camera. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a plastic delivery bag. Unsurprisingly, when I unwrapped it the Fuji box was damaged. I got in touch with the seller and they didn't care. They told me I could have collected it from their store in Cardiff (I am in London!) and then followed up stating that if the product is fine then they can't offer any partial refund. I think that approach is really poor. If you are going to sell expensive cameras then put them in a box .

      We wrap in bubble wrap and wrap in plastic which is more than Argos Curry's and Amazon Unfortunately when you order on line there is a small chance that there may be some very minor damage like on you box we can only apologize on behalf of the delivery company
